What is a sculpted cake?
A sculpted cake is a cake that is carved to look like any object you desire...for example, a bear, truck or handbag.  

After our moist and delicious cake is "sculpted" to look like whatever you desire, it is then filled with our delicious made from scratch butter cream icing in between the layers of cake.

Then it is covered again in a outer layer of butter cream and fondant icing.  Fondant icing is our made from scratch marshmallow rolled icing that allows us to achieve realistic texture and smoothness.
